In order to cultivate talents within the Company and accelerate the development of talents with potential, we provide the MA Program, High Potential Talent Program (HIPO), and the Succession Plan to use systematic and standardized procedures to evaluate and develop employees with potential and create an internal talent pool. We ensure that we have an abundant pool of talents to form teams and ensure the continuous operations and management of the Company and the attainment of the goals of the Company. 

We therefore implement the talent development plan in three stages each year including “talent identification”, “talent development”, and “talent review” to empower employee growth and career development. We use the salary and benefit system to strengthen talent development and retention, improve organizational strength, and develop competitive edges in talents.
